President
Martin Shoemaker is a licensed psychologist with 25 years of experience providing
employee selection and organizational development services to businesses in the
United States and Canada. He has lectured at several universities in the United
States, published articles in both academic journals and business publications
and has given numerous presentations at academic and business conferences throughout
North America. He is also a member of both the Canadian and American Psychological
Associations. As President of PhD, Dr. Shoemaker is responsible for overseeing
operations, business development and product development.
Mike
Williamson, Ph.D.
VP,
Research & Development
Mike
Williamson is an applied statistician and behavioral
research specialist. He was a co-founder of Computrition
Inc.,
a leading developer
of software applications for the food services industry.
For the past fifteen years, he has been conducting behavioral
research and developing psychological instruments that
capture and apply cause-and-effect relationships between
independent predictors and important outcomes. Dr. Williamson
has written and published more than 60 articles in scientific
journals, books and monographs. He is primarily responsible
for overseeing customized benchmark equation development,
ongoing product R&D
and client return on investment research.
Jason
M. Clark, BA(Hons),
Ph.D. Cand.
VP, Client Operations
Jason
Clark's background encompasses business,
psychology and technology development. He
has held business development and
marketing communications positions in the
behavioral health and organizational
development industries. His professional
training is in the areas of assessment
and counseling, organizational
development and the design and evaluation
of Internet-based learning and assessment
applications. As Vice-President of Client Operations, Mr. Clark is
responsible for all aspects of client services as well as partner development and management.
John E. Lim,
BA
VP,
Information Technology Systems
John Lim has a professional background in
HR consulting, computer networks, applied
internet services and web page design.
Over the past 10 years, he has been
involved with the design, development and
implementation of Internet-based data
management systems for a variety of
companies. He has expertise as a computer
programmer and network and systems
administrator for most operating systems.
As the VP of Information Technology
Systems, Mr. Lim is responsible for the
ongoing development of PhD systems,
information collection and management and
systems administration.
Deborah
Bloomer,
BBA
National Sales Manager, US
Deborah Bloomer has a professional
background in sales and executive sales
training. Ms. Bloomer comes to PHD following a successful 11 year career at Glaxo-Smith-Kline where she was an Executive Sales Trainer assisting with the management and training
of more than 70 sales representatives. While at Glaxo-Smith-Kline,
she was the recipient of numerous awards, including
the prestigious President's
Club Award on six occasions. Ms. Bloomer is situated at PHD's Dallas, Texas office. She obtained her BBA from
the University of Texas, Austin.
Laura Chong, BA
Administration
As Administrator for
PHD, Ms. Chong is primarily responsible for customer
service support, account management and managing the PHD
offices. Laura obtained a BA in psychology from
Douglas College in Vancouver, British Columbia.
