Personnel Department (“TPD”),
a leading global recruiting
and human resources consulting firm with headquarters in

The partnership between the two firms is a product of both

will be able to provide customers in the United States,
Australia, New Zealand and other countries around the globe
with access to PHD benchmarking technology.
