(PHD) is committed to the privacy of all of our clients and web site visitors.
You will
notice most of our website pages are openly available
for
public use and do not require you to provide ANY personal
information.
Our compliance with state,
provincial and national Personal
Information Guidelines are not just legal requirements
that we have to meet, but we believe that it reflects
good practice by any business that wants to provide a credible, trustworthy service to clients and web visitors.
Client and Visitor Information
As our client, your personal
information is kept confidential.
PHD only collects and retains personally identifiable
information needed to provide the services requested
by the client
organization. PHD does not market or resell personally
identifiable information (both client company information
and individual user information); all client information
is held in confidence in a secure, private database.
As a visitor, you can
browse our site without entering any personal
information and therefore remain anonymous.
Security
PHD has strict physical
and electronic security standards, and maintains internal procedures, to protect and ensure
the
integrity of personally identifiable information. Any
sensitive information requested or transmitted through our website
is
secured using secure socket layer encryption technology.
PHD transmits confidential
information via e-mail, secure Internet
access, and other electronic forms, in the fulfillment
of its services only with instructions and permission
from its clients.
Access and Correction
Only PHD client administrators
and a designated research analyst may access and view their client company’s
survey
information in the restricted areas of the website.
Access to client company survey information is limited to the
PHD
representatives noted above and the designated client
company administrator and authorized users.
Client organizations will
have access to benchmark analysis results and an individual’s aggregate (summary) survey
results. Client organizations do not have access to
a person’s
individual survey item responses.

Help Protect Your Information
A registered Client Administrator
or user of the PHD website should not release login information to anyone. Client
administrators should remember to close the browser
window when finished to ensure that others will not access
areas
registered only to the client administrator(s). As
an additional safeguard,
secure areas will time-out after a designated period of inactivity. Client administrators will need to login
again if
they wish to continue using the site.
Opt Out: Newsletter
All subscribers to e-mail
newsletters may cancel their subscription at any time. Each copy of the newsletter
contains
easy-to-follow unsubscribe instructions.
