President
Martin Shoemaker holds a Ph.D. in psychology and since 1977, has devoted the majority of his career to applying psychological science to
organizational behavior, workplace improvement and high performance. His most recent focus has been on the growing disciplines contributing to Talent Management
including using predictive analytics for scientific selection and career development. He has lectured at several universities in the United States, published
articles in both academic journals and business publications and has given numerous presentations at academic and business conferences throughout North America.
As President of PHD, Dr. Shoemaker is responsible for overseeing operations, business and product development.
Jason
M. Clark, BA(Hons.), MA
VP, Talent Management & Development
Jason Clark's background encompasses business, psychology
and technology development. He has held business development
and marketing communications positions in the behavioral
health and organizational development industries. His professional
training is in the areas of assessment and counseling,
organizational
development and the design and evaluation of Internet-based
learning and assessment applications. As Vice-President
of Talent Management & Development, Mr. Clark is responsible
for developing customized recruiting, assessment and employee
development tools and strategies for PHD clients. He is
also chiefly responsible for providing assessment and emplooyee
development guidance and support to PHD strategic
partners and their clients.
John E. Lim, BA, VCP
VP, Information Technology Systems
John Lim has a professional background in HR consulting, computer networks, applied internet services and web page design. Since 1998, he has been
involved with the design, development and implementation of Internet-based data management systems for a variety of companies. He has expertise as a computer
programmer and network and systems administrator for most operating systems. As the VP of Information Technology Systems, Mr. Lim is responsible for the ongoing
development of PHD systems, information collection and management and systems administration.
